Los Banos Concrete provides concrete contracting services in Los Banos, CA and the surrounding region. Services include but are not limited to concrete driveways, patios, sidewalks, foundations, retaining walls, pool decks, decorative concrete, and related concrete work.
This website provides general information about our services and allows you to submit project inquiries. No contract for services is formed by submitting an inquiry form or by receiving a response from us. A binding agreement is only formed when both parties sign a written project contract.
Written estimates provided by Los Banos Concrete are based on the information available at the time of the estimate, including the scope of work described, site conditions observed during a site visit, and current material and labor costs.
Estimates are not binding quotes unless expressly stated otherwise in a signed written agreement. Final pricing may change if the scope of work changes, if unforeseen site conditions are discovered after work begins, or if material costs change significantly between the estimate date and project start date.
Any changes to the original scope of work that affect the project cost will be communicated to you in writing before additional work is performed.
Project start dates are scheduled based on crew availability, permit approvals, and weather conditions. We will provide you with a scheduled start date and will notify you if circumstances require a change.
Concrete work is weather-dependent. We reserve the right to reschedule pours due to rain, extreme heat, or other weather conditions that could affect the quality of the finished work. We will notify you as soon as practicable if a reschedule is necessary.
If you need to cancel or postpone a scheduled project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation policies, including any applicable deposits or fees, will be outlined in your written project contract.
Payment terms are outlined in each individual project contract and may include a deposit due at signing, progress payments during the project, and a final payment upon completion. Specific amounts and due dates will be stated in the written agreement for your project.
Payments not received by the due date stated in the project contract may result in a suspension of work until the account is brought current. Los Banos Concrete reserves the right to charge interest on overdue amounts at the maximum rate permitted by California law.
Under California law, contractors may have lien rights on your property if payment is not made as agreed. The specific terms and conditions of any lien rights will be disclosed in your written project contract in accordance with California Civil Code requirements.
Any warranty provided by Los Banos Concrete will be stated expressly in your written project contract. Warranties are limited to the terms stated in that contract.
Concrete is a natural material subject to variation in color, texture, and appearance. Minor cracking is a normal characteristic of concrete flatwork and does not constitute a defect. Control joints are placed to direct cracking, but some random cracking may still occur and is not covered under any warranty unless caused by a documented installation defect.
